I'm so sure that you'll love your purchase that this is kind of irrelevant, but here goes...

Items ordered on this site are mostly custom orders.  If I have questions or concerns regarding your pictures, I'll let you know before the products are made.  Once made, I cannot accept any returns, unless it's a mistake on my part.

I will work with you to iron out any differences that we may have in order to keep you happy.
